1. What types of Western experiences do you offer?
We specialize in authentic Western experiences by bringing boots, hats, Western gifts, and speaking engagements that will be long remembered.
#1: We bring excitement to your booth, helping you to create new clients and customers.
#2: We honor your staff, employees, and loyal customers by sharing your appreciation through giving exciting Western themed experiences.
#3: We offer branded add-ons like custom belt buckles, hat pins, hat decorating stations, logo-branded hats, and teambuilding training that will produce unity, effectiveness and profitability. Every experience is designed to get your guests actively involved.
2. What's included in a cowboy hat event?
Our Total Western Experience includes premium private-label cowboy hats (wool or straw), professional hat steaming equipment, custom branding, and/or hat decoration station, and authentic Western decor.
3. How does the custom hat fitting process work?
Each guest receives a one-on-one experience with our staff. They browse 8–10 hat styles, choose the one they like, and then our team uses professional steaming equipment to shape and size the hat to fit their personal style and head perfectly. It's hands-on, it's personal, and it's the moment the guests get most excited. We can also custom brand and/or create a decoration station creating an even more customized hat. It becomes the highlight of every event.
4. What's the minimum number of guests for an event?
For cowboy hat events, the minimum is 150 hats for wool or 300 hats for straw. For boot events, minimums vary based on the scope of the experience. That said, if you have a smaller group or a unique situation, please reach out and we'll work with you to find the right setup and budget for your event.
5. How many states do you work in?
We're based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area, but we travel across the country. For events outside the DFW area, reasonable travel expenses are added to the proposal.
6. Do you offer different package options?
Yes. We offer tiers to match different event needs and budgets. The Total Western Experience is our full-production package: custom hat fittings, immersive Western décor, and complete setup and teardown by our team. This creates what we call “The Full Show.” Our Budget-Friendly option includes hats and cowhide displays without the full production setup. There is a Hats Only option that lets you purchase the hats and handle distribution on your end. Each option can be enhanced with add-ons like logo branding, custom belt buckles, hat decorating stations, and more. We'll recommend the best fit based on your event size, goals, and budget.
7. Can we customize the experience to match our brand?
Absolutely. We can brand your company logo directly onto the hats using a safe, heat-controlled branding process. We also offer custom hat pins and custom belt buckles designed from your artwork. Beyond products, the entire environment can be tailored to complement your event's look and feel. If you have specific brand guidelines, color themes, or creative direction, please share them with us and we'll build the experience around your vision.
